About this policy
Panda Mayham publishes Neon Breaker, a retro paddle-and-ball arcade game. This policy describes the game’s data practices, including its closed beta. The game does not provide user accounts, chat, a social feed, or cloud score storage. Core gameplay works offline.
Information stored on your device
The game saves your personal best score locally. Versions that support purchases may also cache whether a completed ad-free purchase is owned, so the entitlement can work offline. We do not operate a server that receives your scores. You can remove local game data through Android’s app-storage controls or by uninstalling the game. This does not cancel a Google Play purchase.
Advertising and third-party SDK data
Neon Breaker includes Google’s Mobile Ads SDK and User Messaging Platform. The closed beta uses Google sample rewarded ads. Live versions may offer optional rewarded ads for an extra life. The ads SDK can initialize when the app opens; its data handling is not limited to the moment you choose to watch an ad.
According to Google’s SDK disclosure, its advertising software collects and shares:
- IP address, which can be used to estimate approximate location.
- App and ad interactions, such as launches, taps, and video views.
- Diagnostics about app and SDK performance.
- Advertising ID, app set ID, and other device or account identifiers where applicable.
Google uses this information for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. The SDK encrypts transmitted data using TLS. The game does not request precise-location access, access to your inbox or contacts, camera access, or microphone access.
See Google’s Mobile Ads SDK data disclosure and Google’s Privacy Policy for the provider’s practices.
Your advertising choices
Watching a rewarded ad is optional. Where a regional consent form or privacy-options form is available, it is provided through Google’s consent tools. Use the game’s Ad Privacy control to reopen available choices. Android also provides controls to reset or delete your advertising ID. Declining personalized advertising does not necessarily stop all diagnostic, fraud-prevention, or limited-ad data processing. Playing offline prevents network ad requests while disconnected.
Purchases
Purchases are disabled in the current closed beta. If a future version offers the Remove Ads upgrade, Google Play will process payment. The game may receive a product identifier, purchase token, transaction state, and acknowledgment status to grant and restore access. We do not receive your full payment-card details. A Google Play purchase does not create a Neon Breaker game account.
Support messages
If you email support, we receive your email address, message, and any files you choose to attach. We use them to respond and investigate the issue. Do not send passwords, verification codes, or financial account details. We keep support correspondence only as needed to handle the request and related follow-up, or as required for legal obligations. Contact us to request deletion of support correspondence.
Sharing, retention, and deletion
We do not sell player contact details or operate our own gameplay analytics database. The advertising SDK shares information with Google and its advertising ecosystem as described above. Google’s retention periods and deletion controls apply to data it processes. We cannot promise to delete records controlled by Google. You may contact us for help identifying the relevant provider controls. We do not currently offer an in-game account-deletion service because the game has no user accounts.
Age group
Neon Breaker is intended for players aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has sent personal information to our support inbox, contact us so we can address it.
Policy updates
We may update this policy when the game’s features or data practices change. The current policy and effective date are published on this page. Material changes may also be described in the app or its release notes.
